    I dialed from a phone that was set as UNR in the COS. The loops are out of service now because I disabled them in LD 60, so traffic won't flow down route 17 and cause my delay.

    My problem is system wide. It's a Option 81C. When I dial out or into my Voice Mail...I don't hear the tones anymore. The software did not change. I did have some software corruption after this problem was reported. The corruption has been taken care of, by doing a parallel reload.
