    I have BCM 200 3.7 ! Just work fine, i2050 work fine and RCC work fine .. Customer use e.g. only three report's and they will have together on one page ?? I've heard about some tool (SW), then custonmer can create own report's page ?? Have anybody experiences with this issue ?

    Hi ! The are two possibilities, simply you can set Ringer Volume during ringing over the Volume bar, <<< Down or >>> UP ... Second possibility over MENU on CS1000 and over F*80 on BCM system ... Regards ...

    Hi I had the same problem on my BCM200 3.7 !Problem was when I run (Install)RCC on customer PC !!! But after RCC was installed on new and clean non Customer PC, installed XP & Service pack 1, after work RCC properly ... Make this step's : 1. reboot RCC PC 2. reboot BCM 3. run RCC ....
