i2050 display got frozen 1

I have a BCM 200 3.7 up and running. Its configured with PRI and i2050 phone's. We use the i2050 for Call Center.

All functionality of i2050 (FW=last ver.) it's OK only INFORMATION DISPLAY not work properly
sometimes it came frozen and I can see frozen informations or another aplication from Windows
desktop through hole that creates on IMFORMATION DISPLAY of i2050,
only RESTAR of i2050 helps but the problem is random repeating.

I see this as a conflict with another Aplication on customer PC (OS Win XP SP2).

can you help me please? thnx

HI,

I have a BCM400 with an I2050 softphone running from a remote location through a VPN. I am experiencing the same problem with the display freezing. The phone still functions but you cannot see any display in the window.

Did you resolve this issue or can anyone else help with this?

i2050 Version = 1.4.0 Build 385 ?
Which OS/Sp use Desktop PC ?
How often come to this issue ?

had the same problem. issue has been fixed in new softphone 2.0 (currently beta)

On Nortel WEB I found yet yesterday only "pdf" about new version ...
 
it has not been released yet (only beta version)
we have to wait a little bit...
But until GA you may want to try the beta :)

Moday I will install this beta version once to customer PC for test, and I will wait if problem disappear ...
 
but be carefull: there are two features that are not available in the beta release: local tapi line and ringing on speaker!
 
Ok! I have bin fighting with this Display problem on i2050 from december.[smile]
 
Hi Steeef !

With new version work softphone Ok then two day's ...

Another problem we have with speech dropout,but reason for this I thik is that, that we using internal Sound card, instead USB Nortel Headset !
