You can try www.designer.com
I don't know about any other coreldraw sites, unfortunately coreldraw isn't very well supported, other software like illustrator is much more supported (like plug-ins etc.)
Did you use white outlines in your logo? If so -> you can select everything, then rightclick on no-color in the color docker and try exporting again. Or you can choose to have an outline but the same color as your logo, if there are different colors, then don't select all ofcourse.
If you...
As far as i know there is no password protection able in coreldraw (just checked it in CD11). But you can use a file encrypting tool. I think this one: http://www.baxbex.com/cryptomite.html will be very good, i used another file encryption tool once but i can't remember the name of it. The...
Yeah i know, i used guidelines or other objects to do it, but it's still not very handy. Another method is mirror a duplicate of the object that needs to stay (doesn't has to be exact mirror, just drag the left center square for non-uniform scale to the right, more then the right center square)...
I don't find a coreldraw tutorial for making such an effect, but i suggest you use photoshop (or photopaint) to do this, therefor there are plenty of free tutorials on the net. Also, in coreldraw it's possible, but you will not get a very real chrome/gold effect, that's another reason to use...

In photopaint, just rotate it and click save, the size should not change (surely not much). Don't do it in coreldraw by first importing it, then rotating it and finally exporting it, because then you will not have the export options (compression, resolution,...) of the original file.
If you're...
I can't find an EDIT post option, but anyways:
check this link: http://www.sketchpad.net/files/setupcdr.pdf
There are also coreldraw tutorials on http://www.sketchpad.net
I found the link to the pdf with google, dunno how to access this one (and maybe others if there are others) by way of 'home'...
I don't know how it was in CD8 (then i never used layers) but this is the way in CD11: tools -> object manager. Then i get my object manager on the right, the functions of the buttons speak for itself.
Finally i found a coreldraw forum :D
Draw 11 is much better in aligning then previous versions, but it's still not complete, and it can surely be made easier.
I can't find something to align one side of an object to the opposite side of another object. For example: left from a rectangle to...
