Hello, Does anyone know how to reconfigure a CISCO 7970G VOIP phone from DHCP to a Static IP? When I unlock the settings for the network configs, I don't get any soft keys to edit anything. I seems to be stuck only on DHCP. Thanks for your help.

Thank you everyone for your help. I got it to work by setting the CLS to CNUA and CNAA. However, I had to do this through the system console. When I used TM to create the phones, I kept getting errors. At least I know how to do it in the future. Thanks again!

Yes it is a PRI. The system is Norstar ACD. MICS 7.0 Call Pilot They can recieve incoming calls, but when they dial "9" for an outside line and start dialing numbers, they get the fast-busy.
