I just had all 6 phones at my call center show "fast-busy" when trying to dial an outside line. Any suggestions? I'm still pretty new to the Norstar way of life. Thanks!
Your PRI is probably down.....look for the phone system, follow the RJ45 cord to a small box...if may have a card on it with a circuit number so call the number and give them the circuit number.
Forgot to add to call your Telco if you cannot find the above....of call your Vendor in case the problem is with the system but 90% of the time is is the Telco at fault.
