    Strobe Light for Digital Phones

We have a Definity G3Rv5 and we would like to connect a strobe light to a digital phone in the same room our backup generators are in. We haven't any luck finding a strobe light for digital phones, just analog. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, G3Man

    Removing Coverage Tone

We are using the Telecommute software and when internal users call somebody that is telecommuting, they'll hear the coverage tone and hang up thinking they're away from their desk and call somebody else. I'm trying to figure out away to do this on a per station basis. Thanks for your help! -G3Man

    Errors with the attendant

Instead of unplugging the phone via the line cord, try unplugging just the headset/handset (P-10 adapter) from the phone. -Chris Rodier

Analog port speeds on the PBX?

Can anybody tell me what the dial up speed is for analog ports on the PBX? We currently have a G3Rv5 and we're looking at moving some folks from 1FB's (POTS) to analog ports on the PBX. The speed on the 1FB's are around 28.8. Thanks, Chris
