    Reports

Has anyone experienced this issue and if so what did you do to resolve it? If you haven't what are your suggestions? When running an Agent Profile Report some agents have a double timeslot for example, agent 25 logged in at 09:36 to 12:40 but has another entry under the first one saying he...

    Pickup Groups

It appears that about 80 users have changed pickup groups. Is there any other way of changing the RNPG for each extension? This will be time consuming having to do it for each extension. Am I not able to just amend the pickup group number? Many thanks

    ERR183 51904 29 11

Thank you both for looking at this one. Firstly the IDC tables that are being used are 3 and 4 and I have placed 51 to 51 in both of these. The VNR prompt is set at default NO. In my CDB CTVN is set to BUSY. When I call a vacant number I am getting ringing with the ERR183 51200 29 24. Any other...

If the number is in use by an agent then the...

    Cabinet Layout

Does anyone have a great idea for documenting what is in the cabinets on the 81c PBX? How do you perform a system snapshot and how do you place that in an easy to see word or excel doc? Any help will help me re-inventing the wheel. Craig

    User Defined Reports

I am not convinced! I copied the nicrpt.mdb file over and not the RPT file and have resolved the issue. From this it tells me that the nicrpt.mdb is all that is needed to copy user-defined reports over. Let me know if you disagree? Many thanks for your help Craig

    User Defined Reports

Are you sure? Why can I not see the user defined report names in the folder then? They all seem to be the standard ones.

    User Defined Reports

In refference to this thread thread959-1026872, can I just copy the nicrpt.mdb and paste it into the new pc? This is so that the user still has access to their user-defined reports if their old pc is replaced or they have had to move to a new pc. Many thanks Craig
