I am trying to install a fax server using DID's which are being routed through VMI's It is not sending the digits through to the fax server. Has anyone attempted to do this and if so how? Thank you for your help.

If you have problems with that in the future you might want to do a change DN that will give you the old extension back. You will need to go back through and change all the above programming.

First place I would check is to make sure that CFNA is set up for say 4 rings. The other option is to use feature 986 and transfer that call directly into vm.
I have a mics with did's coming in. I have 4 ports used for VMI. The fax server takes the digits being passed thru and routes the faxes to folders. The only thing that is being sent through the VMI is the ext of the VMI. How do I program these to send the digits being sent through? Thanks...
