voice mail general delivery mailbox.

i have installed an old NAM on a 128 system and added a bunch of mailboxes .
I have had a request to add a night message and general delivery mailbox. that will require the auto attendant function be turned on and a general delivery mailbox be activated. does anyone have a simple explanation or guide, how to set this up , including what prompts be turned on and which recordings have to be recorded.

Set up a CCR tree. On one of your paths make it a vmxfr to mbx 10,100,1000 depending on if you are 2,3,4 digit extensions. You will want to change your mbx 100 ext numb er to the ext of the person who will be responsible for checking messages. In your table you will need to create a greeting 2 that will say something to the effect of our offices are now closed normal business hours.... Then you will need to set the times for that greeting to go into night mode. you want to make sure that your morn and afternoon are set to 1 and your evening and non business is set to 2. You will have to make sure that your CCR is disabled when you are making changes to it. Then you will need to enable it once completed. Hope this helps you.
