    BCM200 Ver 4.0.2.03 There are no hunt groups in place (I think we need to go to that.) This just started happening a few weeks ago. Incoming lines will ring but some lines and set you have to press the button to answer and the set is not actually ringing.

    Not sure what work but it is now fixed. The DRT was set to 4 rings. Call forward no answer was set to 4 ring to v-mail. I need to implement hunt groups and get them using their v-mail. Thanks for the help!!!1

    Opps I was multi-tasking AFter 4 rings the line only rings on couple phones. We need the line to ring every set until answered.

    Loop guarded did not work for me. Had to change back to earth calling.

    My line settings were set to Earth Calling. I changed them to Loop guarded. So far it has fixed my problem. Thanks for all replies!!!!!

    BCM400 3.6 When I use the BCM Monitor tool I see lines that have been connected for days. I go out to the d-mark and test the lines and they have dial tone. What I do to fix this is reset the BCM. I don't like doing that during buisness hours.....
