    How are the ports read on an Option 11c? I know the first cabinet is 0-9 right? I'm use to the Option 81 with loop, shelf, card and port

    I just had my Option 21C upgraded to an Opt. 11C with Succession 4.0, apparently the ringing cadence for incoming vs. internal calls was not looked at before the 21c was taken out of commision. How is the cadende changed? And any suggestion as to what the default from the old was to the new?

    Does the overflow threshold mean that 2,047 calls must be in queue before it overflows to the next queue? That would explain a different problem I'm having...

    No, I just spent about an hour replacing a M2616 becasue certain models(NT #'s) do not work with the AOM's. I guess three's a charm becasue it was the third phone I replaced it with wound up working.
