i guess i am a complete moron. so you mean to tell me that if i hook up a laptop with procomm to the tty i setup for the cdr that data will auto stream to the screen and i need to do nothing? i have been in ld 37 forever and saw the data coming out, but i had to enl msgo. im lost

Problem resolved. My DID range was not added into the screening table at the CO; as promised. Due to numerous calls to the provider, they added them and I am now able to edit the CLID tables with results. Thanks for all the help everyone!

I'll double check all of the power connections as well as the grounding. Not sure about the dmarc but ill check that as well. I believe (from memory)that the ground is set right under the dmarc in the switchroom(on the wall on a 2x4). thanks for all the insight. Ill inform you of any further...
