Is there any way of conferencing a call when using converse vectoring? We recently installed an IVR system and our members are asking us to walk them through the promts, however when we try to conference in the call we are not able to do so. Does any one have any idea in how I can make this work?

That is correct, in order for the call pick up light to work, you must set the "call pick up Alerting" to yes in the system parameters features. This feature is available on release 6. Good Luck
