I need to transfer calls back from an IVR to an avaya G3si PBX when using converse vectoring. Does anyone know the procedures to this?

With the converse step the vector remains in control of the call, eventhough the call is being served by an IVR.

So what you do is in the vector after the converse step is this:

XX converse-on skill 31 pri m passing none and none
XX collect 4 digits after announcement none
XX route-to digits with coverage y

Now when the IVR needs to make transfer you give a flash and instead of just sending the number you want to transfer to you start with the Converse Data Return Code

The Converse Data Return Code can be found with the display feature-access-codes command on page 5 at the Automatic Call Distribution Features on the bottom.

Now what this all does is give the call back to the vector that still controls the call.
With the Converse Data Return code you tell the vector that your sending data back.
With the collect the vector captures this data, and with the route to the vector uses that data.

Please let me know if the information that was provided is helpfull.
