mck problems

We have a G3r with a MCK for dial tone to another building across our network (tr). Sometimes when a phone is unplugged from the jack and reinserted the light comes on but pressing one does not connect to the switch. error message no path avaialable. Other times you do not get prompted to press 1 for a connection.

Anyone have any ideas why the connectivity is so inconsistant?

What type of MCK are you using? and what type of circuit are you using?

We are using fiber to connect the buildings. The MCK is a PBX Gateway II.

I have my MCK's setup where they autoconnect--No pushing 1 required.
