Microcall has RSP set to (y) while even though the ETM documentation and their engineers say that their equipment also needs RSP set to (y), it only works when set to (n).

I have a S8700 configured to send CDR data to an ETM appliance configured as CDR1 and a Microcall system CDR2. while using wireshark I can only see the data sending and receiving to the Micocall and not the ETM appliance.
Question 1- Can I have multiple CDR destinations...

I have a network of (9) Avaya G3s CM 2.0 - 4.0 networked via QSIG (4 digit dialing). All works well until an end-user forwards their calls to a cell phone. Every one in the world can connect this call except for (8) of the tested Avaya switches.

I have several systems taht I am moving over to AlarnTraq and I "vaguely" remember that there is a command that allows for the enduser /MSP to turn on alarms and to distinguish which are Major, minor or warnings.

A neat trick that I've used was to create agents and skill sets. Have the group member login and out and write a vector to accommodate the desired route for either condition.

I see that the Intuity has a different Gateway defined. I am changing it to match the two CLANs.
BTW, I have the Audix offline for the remainder of the day to fix this issue so no interference from the big bosses.
