Good Afternoon All,

I'm not a phone system expert and I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction.

In one of our sites calls drop randomly and it happens in both inbound and outbound directions. Our Telco says the circuit looks clean and Avaya says it's a Layer 1 issue.

I've done some researcing but I really don't know what to look for. I would like to run tests on the avaya system in order to find out if the problem is at the PBX side or the TELCO.

Is there a way I can do that and how?

I've downloaded the Maintenance Alarms for Avaya Comunication Manager, but it seems to be for advance users.

Thanks in advance.

Rocket.
