    6 Party Conference Issue

    When adding people to a conference call and you get someone's voicemail is there a way to terminate that call without bringing it into the conference? When I hit the flash key it brings in the voicemail greeting into the call and we can't get rid of it.

    I'm setting up a phone for our security and programmed an "OSN" key to receive user information when someone calls 911. We have this set up at other locations. We tested calls to "911" but nothing registers on the OSN key. Does anyone know how to activate the OSN Key?
