We use Cisco 7940 phones in Unity 4.0.1 environment. I was wondering if there is a way to delete all saved messages at the same time instead listening to each message and deleting it individually. Thanks
Does anyone knows why MWI light on Cisco 7940 IP phone lights red occasionally and stays on even when there are no new messages? “Reset status” (under messages tab, on admin page of unity) or resetting phone helps (not always) but this is annoying. Has anyone experience this? Thanks.
These are read receipt messages that come in 2 flavors (this is what I hear when I check my voicemail box):
1. “your message was deleted without being read”
2. “your message was read ... and then gives me date and time”

Thank you. I have changed everything to a new name and it works. However name listed in right panel of active directory folder where I keep all groups doesn't change. Can that be changed?
Is it possible to rename Security Group (global) in active directory, or do I need to create a new security group and add members to it? Can I simply rename group name and email address? Thanks in advance?
