Can't access Cisco Unity Admin page

All of a sudden I am not able to access Cisco Unity admin page (

http://serverIP/web/sa

). I am getting standard HTTP 500 Internal error message from IE. I've verified username and password and they didn't change. Does anyone has any clues on this?

Error 500 isn't a "unreachable" type error. This is a response from the webserver saying its not able to produce the webpage you requested. Probably an internal error or something bad... Sorry I can't give you more specific info. you might check your event viewer to see what its reporting.

Try restarting IIS on Unity first (can't hurt). Check to see if it's running or if it's stopped...

Issue has resolved itself when we upgraded Unity.
