intrigrant, the phone powers up but it will not register to the network. The other phones are a Version 7 and this one is a V6. We assumed the firmware was the issue.

No, they are using the One-X G11 PSTN Gateway. Not IP Office. Is there a different upgrade for this?

4625SW gets DHCP, TFTP etc, but display does not initialize. We get dial tone, can call out etc. Any solution would be greatly appreciated!

Only time I seen this problem is if you were installing on an IP office system. The mute never works. Was told they are not "compatible" with IP office.

Are you saying to use a different extension (analog) all together and program (abridge) that extension on the PBX terminal to the digital extension with the 2410? They will ring at the same time? Can you tell me what the program name is on the terminal if this is correct? Thank you
