You are correct, the only time it routes off-site is on step 1 on weekends or to another queue in step 4. So the only thing I can think of is sometime between 10:00AM & 10:30 No agents were logged into the queue, routing calls to step 14, causing 9 flow outs?

I placed the Avaya IP Address of 10.196.177 at the Modem Interface at the Server Configuration.
Then RAS in, once connected the IP Address assigned in the details shows:
Server IP 10.1.96.175
Client IP 10.1.96.176
However our servers on our Network
IP Address 10.6.28.4

I placed the Modem Interface Avaya IP address of 10.1.96.177 however when RAS connects ASA says no ports are available.
I created a remote login with port 5023 the host is the IP address of Server A.

We have 2 servers amd our web interface it currenlty says duplicate server unknown. Our back up server was always listed? No changes have been made in our configurations how can i troubleshoot and fix this issue.
