Duplicate Server Unknown S8700

We have 2 servers amd our web interface it currenlty says duplicate server unknown. Our back up server was always listed? No changes have been made in our configurations how can i troubleshoot and fix this issue.

are you sure the second server is up ? reboot it and see what happens. Or type "server" on the shell and put the output HERE

Since this is our backup server rebooting should not be service effecting?

If you don't have shell access log onto the web interface, select the maintenance interface. Then select status summary on the left of the screen. Check it the duplication and shadowing is up.
