On our S8300 Attendant console when our operator is on a call and a 2nd incoming call comes in, her phone is not ringing and the “Call Waiting” light does not come on the Attendant console resulting in a lot of abandoned calls.
If she puts the 1st call on hold or hangs up, then the 2nd ringing call will ring. Is this a programming issue in the hunt group or attendant?
