Attendant Console?

On our S8300 Attendant console our operator is receiving many calls from our main number VDN on the "Operators Console Individual Calls Waiting Line". Isn't this line programmed to receive calls on the Console Extension and not from the Main Number VDN?

Is this a programming issue in the hunt group or attendant?

I'm guessing that 2429 is the extension that you put on the attendant console. Dont route to the console, queue to the attendant or attendant group.

 
Yes 2429 is the attendants number, I added an extension (1145) to the listed directory numbers and then route-to that number.

They say its working now but should I remove that and queue to attendant 2429? THANKS
