Thanks for all the responses. :D Ended up having to do SCN on all extensions in question. MSB wouldn't work because they didn't want it to go to voicemail immediately.

But this would cause all calls at all times to not ring, correct? What is needed is something that will just allow a user to selectively turn off the ringer on their phone when needed and then be able to turn it back on.

Is there anyway to program a key to silence the ringer on a 3904 without changing any of the other functionality of the phone?

Newbie question here, please forgive my greenness. I am looking to setup a Do Not Disturb button on a 3904 phone. I have searched through the posts here and really found nothing definitive on how to do this. Can anyone shed some light on how to do this? Any help is greatly appreciated.
