Do Not Disturb

Newbie question here, please forgive my greenness.

I am looking to setup a Do Not Disturb button on a 3904 phone. I have searched through the posts here and really found nothing definitive on how to do this. Can anyone shed some light on how to do this?

Any help is greatly appreciated.
