Call Log on 3904

Have a Nortel 3904 phone that is not logging calls. Call logging is enabled from what I can tell on the set. Are there any keys, etc. that need to be programmed for this? I have another 3904 that works fine but can find no substantial difference between them. Thanks for any help you can provide.

key 27 should be CLT. Try checking that.

yup. and only nul and clt are allowed on key 27.

Key XX CLT - Configure Callers List key in context sensitive area.

Yep, clt is what key 27 is set for.

then check the firmware version on the phone and if needed, complete a firmware upgrade.

first thing i do when i have a prob with 3900 series phones is make sure that the flash download has been done.

Yup, had the latest firmware, and I had already done a force flash as well to be sure.
