Is there anyway to program a key to silence the ringer on a 3904 without changing any of the other functionality of the phone?

change the key 0 and/or 1 that have extensions programmed to them to SCN instead of SCR.

But this would cause all calls at all times to not ring, correct? What is needed is something that will just allow a user to selectively turn off the ringer on their phone when needed and then be able to turn it back on.

MSB Key (Make Set Busy) or have the user forward their line to their voicemail.

Set Key 0 to SCR and any other extension key (Key 1-6) to SCN. The line (Key 1-6) will only flash if they are the phone when a call comes in. If they aren't on the phone... key 0 rings.

Thanks for all the responses. :D
Ended up having to do SCN on all extensions in question. MSB wouldn't work because they didn't want it to go to voicemail immediately.
