I need to search a single mailbox for about 100 different phrases and/or names. I would prefer not to create a full-text index; I don't think that indexes the body of the message anyway and that is one of the requirement. If there is a good way to do this to a .PST that would be my preference...

Another option is the NetWorker Management Console which includes built in reports, some with a drill-down capability. You can export to .csv, .html, etc. Of course there is an associated cost but they have been giving it away to new clients, you might be able to work a deal.

Boss' preferences are set to Normal. Gave user permission to see Private items for the time being but still, everything she creates in his Contacts is marked Private.

Thanks Brontosaurus for the quick reply. Boss would prefer to keep his Private contacts that way. Is there any explanation as to why the newly created Contacts are marked Private even though the checkbox is not selected?

Exchange 5.5 sp4 on NT4 sp6, Outlook 2000 on Win2K User setup as Publishing Editor to boss' Contacts. Creates new contact but after Save cannot see it. On boss' system contact is visible and marked Private. Private checkbox not marked when contact is created by user. Any ideas?
