After one of my users starts up his laptop the taskbar shows, then after about one minute the taskbar disappears and you can not click any of the desktop icons.
The task bar is DEFINITELY not hidden, it is NOT dragged out of view,
The only ways I have seen to temporary resolve this is to...
I have a sheet that has 7 cells I want to total. But only total them when they are negitive values. for example, If the 7 cells are "1,0,-1,2,-2,3,-1" I want it to come back and give a positive result of 4 (only totaling the -1,-2,-1). is this possible.

That worked GREAT ... after you protect teh doc and then un-protect the doc the {LINK} does not appear but is still there. Is there a way to reveal all the {LINK} that are there
Yes ... Sorry. its all on one page, I have a table with 4 cells, and in each cell are some form fields. I want to be able to fill in one filed and have the others where the same info is to auto fill in.
I'm trying to auto fill out 2 fields after filling out 1. For example. I have 3 sections of a page. On all 3 I have the users name. I have 3 fields UserName, UserName1, & UserName2. I want to have it when I fill in UserName and I leave that field I want it to auto-fill in UserName1, & UserName2...
I typicly get this and it is because it is skiping files in the Program Files\Symantec AntiVirus\SAVRT folder. What are these files and is it safe to skip them. somtimes 1 more files like this.

I know this might be a bit obscure of a topic, if anybody knows, what is the best way to back a VMWare Virtual server. Is it:
- Back up the server as normal
- Backup the Directory for each virtual machine.
- Or backup the entire VMWare server (with all virtual machines)
any help would be great...
We just impimented 2new Win2003 domain controlers (DC's). What is the genreal rule of thumb when backing up DC's. Should you back them up.
Thanks
