Can recive mail, can not send mail

Hello all, new here and new to my blackberry.

We are using BES and a Exchange Server 2003 and using a BB 7250. I can recive my mail just fine, but Im unable to send. The account settings in BES are the same for my account and my IT admins account. He can send and recive, I can only recive.

I get the error "No message services configured. You will only be able to save draft."

Im sure im laking in info here, so let me know if you need more info or have any ideas.
