    ACD routes calls to the longest idle agent. Should a user make an outbound call, they return to the bottom of the list. Is it possible to route calls to the last person who received an ACD call? Kind Regards.

    I am having same issues, and also running windows 7 x64 bit. Maybe a x64 bit issue. I will try compatibility options, in the meantime, I am running solution centre in Windows XP Mode! works great in there!

    Fresh build

    I have got it up and running. I typed in "vlan_off" in the console, and the 3300 started to reply to pings. I have then been able to log into the ICP and changed the VLan ID back to 1 as Vlan tagging is not required as its already in a vlan in the cisco swith. Thanks for your help slapin.
