Ive got a support line on my Mitel 3300 and Id like to force an incoming call to stay on some kind of hold indefinitely unless the call gets put through or the caller gives up.
Whats the best way to achieve this?

I have a customer, a shop. They run a 3300.
Currently I have the incomming number sent to a handset (with VM) and then at night they put it into the auto attendant that tells the customer their closed.
Im thinking of maybe just blowing the auto attendant away and having a more universal voice...
Ive got a customer who is running a 200sx with some mitel, some generic handsets.
They have a requirement to locate 16 handsets in a remote location that can only be reached via a IP fiber.
Does anyone know of anything (probo not Mitel specific) that would do this. I'm assuming taking 16...
Having issues with YA Lite 3 (last free one) with a windows 7 machine using a 5212 phone running on an MX controller with 9.0.3.29.
I'm getting 'There are no devices avaliable..." when I try to load YA up.
Before I start looking further are any of the above show stoppers?

I have to admit to not being an Mitel engineer, merely a savvy owner (well savvy-ish) MCD has passed me by, I didnt realise that they had changed the name and kept on upgrading.

When I transfer to a hunt group I dont get hold music till the 1st Alternative, then it kicks in.
Is that right or should I be able to get it stright away.
This happens either from a handset transfer or from the auto attendand transfer.

I hav a system that currently goes to the auto attendant.
IE - No Non Dial-in trunk Answer Point set.
Sales want the main number to come stright into a multiline key.
When I do this I loose my DDI's

Another bit of info. If I dial the auto attendant and put speed dial number is that dials the mobile number divert it says "I'm sorry the person I'm trying to reach is unavaiable at this time"
If I dial it from the handset it works ok.
Does that shed anylight?

Starting to get someone.
It was adding the trunks to the COR that moved it furthur. However there is something timing out after about 10 second. Ive looked through the COS for IP, VOICEMAIL, TRUNKS but I cant quite nail
Any suggestions?
