Well guess what. Someone suggested I load Direct X and reinstall the drivers from the Creative site. And now the CD works perfectly. Thank you for your input.

I'm sorry, I'm confused. Ejecting the CD isn't the problem. As soon as you put the CD in, it shows the correct icon and then converts to an Audio icon and it starts the CD player. I had a Windows CD in drive and it kept reading it as a music CD. Go figure!

Iminmei, We have that problem when someone tries to use Outlook instead of Groupwise. It deletes the Groupwise Address Books. We usually fix it by reinstalling Windows Messaging. 99.9% of the time it brings back all the Address Books just like they were before they were deleted.

I have Groupwise 6 and it does the same thing. I tried what you suggested and it continues to happen. Any other ideas?

Roamer1- That was one of the first things we checked and it was not checked. PeteH2 - I know the feature can't be removed but it starts on it's own. Usually you have to tell the computer to Lock the workstation. This is happening on it's own after some idle time. We can't find the feature...
