I have this issue at least once a month where the client refuses to change the pc its running on so leaves it on the server I run a port trace see what's stolen 50791 disable it restart the server/then switch this should then make it see the switch then restart the service that was stealing that...
I have 9 sites all of which the VMail light comes on for each individual user except one site (as always where the directors are based)but the vmail lamp doesn't show for individual users even when there is mail in there to collect.
just cant see anything in the user or short codes to make this...

I have a client that wants a back up line should his ISDN 30 go down (which has happened a few times) so I've recommended he gets some SIP lines as a backup.
is there anyway of setting as a default that if the ISDN goes down all calls will be routed to the SIP Lines?
