Hi all, we've happily been running YA 3.3 for the past few years until we had an issue with our teleworker. Trying to reconfigure YA as I did not originally set this up. For the TW settings it requires a Logon Server IP address. Would this be the same as the ICP address. TW Version 8.2.15.0...

Hi, not having much luck with this. I've setup a device on the 3300 and given it a PIN. On the teleworker am I setting up a device in set management or a new ICP. There is obviously the 3300 there already but it requires this info ICP Name Mitel Networks ICP address Mitel ICP type

That's right! It's not the UC App. I've got it installed and seems to work ok with some test config the developers gave me and they say it works with Mitel. I've got a 3300 CXi to test with but not sure how to connect as I assume it won't work via TW so a direct connection to the 3300 would...
