Wiz9000, I did get a copy from our reseller. It was like pulling teeth. I think that they gave me an old version. I can send you a zip of it if you would like. It's just under 16MB zipped. I can span if you can't recieve large attachments.

Anyone have the esi-access software? We have three sites with this phone system. The reseller is telling me that I can't get it. I saw on ESI website that it is free software.

The phone worked fine on the fax line. I told them to return the phone and buy a different brand. There wouldn't be an issue with the system only being a Partner II and not a newer Partner ACS?

Ok I haven't tried that. This site is 3 hours away and I don't have anyone technical there at all. I will have to see if I can talk someone through testing on a co line or even take it home and test it. I take it back the system phone does ring but not the cordless. Thanks, Tony

I want to hook it to a system phone as you pointed out. If I give the cordless phone intercom dial tone first, how would it get an outside line? We have 3 trunks that are appearing on each system phone that are not in a pool. Thanks for the help, Tony
