    Outlook: Delay Appointment from Sending

Interesting idea; that might work. To answer your other question, the sender will be out of office for extended period and does not want the appointments to go out this early.

    Outlook: Delay Appointment from Sending

Hello, Using Outlook 2007 and Exchange 2003. Does anyone know if there is a way to delay an appointment from going out (including invites to attendees) to a specific date? You can do this with regular e-mails, but I do not see an option to delay an appointment creation. Thanks,

Can we do this in Exchange 2007? Is there a bettter way?

Yea, we know about the .pst files... I guess I don't understand sharepoint enough. Does sharepoint link directly to the exchange server for this? Would we still be keeping the e-mails in "Project mailboxes" in exchange, but viewing / accessing via share point? Or would we be saving the...

Can we do this in Exchange 2007? Is there a bettter way?

Print Multiple Documents In Specific Order Word 2007

Hello, We have a number of Word documents (word 2007) that we would like to print batched, but in a specific order. (not the order they are listed in the directory.) Does Office 2007 have a way of batch printing word documents? (Again, we need them in a specific order. Selecting them from...

    DNS Server Question

Thanks for all the tips. We do realize we should upgrade the AD to 2003. Unfortunately, that means upgrading the two 2000 servers to Server 2003. Not going to happen as they are being cycled out next year. (Hopefully) I thought about demoting them, but was a bit chicken to pull that trigger.

    DNS Server Question

Hello, We have a setup where 3 of our servers are also DC's. The PDC is a Windows 2000 box, the other two DC's are Server 2003 boxes. All servers run DNS, and it's replicated to the DC's from the PDC. The PDC also runs DHCP and doles out IP addresses to the workstations on the network. This...

    Print Job Logging

Hello, Windows Server has the ability to capture some print job information to the System Log. (Event 10) I'd like it to capture 2 pieces of additional information, and was wondering if anyone knew if it was possible. 1) It currently logs the file name. Any way for it to include the fully...

Force VPN user to Use OWA. (Not allow outlook via VPN)

Sweet, so they would not be able to see their .pst files on the network drive? If so, that would work nicely. Thank you for the information :)

Force VPN user to Use OWA. (Not allow outlook via VPN)

I think I understand that part. My question is, will that prevent them from running the outlook client on the computer? (Which is what we want to do.)

Force VPN user to Use OWA. (Not allow outlook via VPN)

Will that stop outlook from running, or just sending/receiving mail? (Does outlook use Port 25 to access the .pst files as well as the exchange server?) Thanks!

Force VPN user to Use OWA. (Not allow outlook via VPN)

We allow some of our users to VPN to our network. In house we allow them to use .pst files in addition to our exchange server. (Pst files to archive mail.) We also allow those .pst files to be on our network drives. (I know, not supported. But thats not my question.) Anyhow, due to the...

Hello, We are running Exchange Server 2003 and a mix of clients from Outlook 2003 to 2007, OWA, Windows Mobile Devices, and Iphones. I have a user or two who would like to stop exchange / mail client(s) from posting Tentative meeting requests to their Calendar's. I have tried the old trick...
