Hello,

Using Outlook 2007 and Exchange 2003. Does anyone know if there is a way to delay an appointment from going out (including invites to attendees) to a specific date? You can do this with regular e-mails, but I do not see an option to delay an appointment creation.

Thanks,

What about creating the appointment locally, then attaching to an email that is scheduled to be sent at a later date?

Though, I have to wonder - why does it matter, since an appointment is already using the calendar/scheduler as it is...

Interesting idea; that might work.

To answer your other question, the sender will be out of office for extended period and does not want the appointments to go out this early.
