How can i supress topology change on the passport?

Thanks, for the info.
We also had the ARP issue sync issue between the Passports, a reboot solved the problem.
However we still have have the VRRP Transitions and i really need to figure out why.

A) The baystack switches are a combination of 450's and 460. With the 460 as the base unit.
This switch stack is uplinked to a Passport 8610.

What u suggest is already enabledn on the passport,
i.e the IP stackIPis on the management VLAN and in the same subnet , also Tagging is enabled on the truck ports of both the passport and the Switch stack.

1. U have a set of IP's from the respective ISP, let say,
X.X.X.X IP' from ISP I
Y.Y.Y.Y IP's from ISP II.
2. u would be having,
a) Ethernet port for LAN connection, (Let's say Port e0/0)
b) another ethernet ISP-I connection (e0/1)...

YES , the ports on either side are in the management VLAN.
Also i have checked the ARP on the Passport, and found the MAC of the switch stack and vice versa.

Are you tagging VLAN's to the siwtches, or are you using the 2 fiber cards as an SMLT for redundant stack uplinks?
NO, I AM NOT TAGGING VLANS TO THE SWICHES, I AM USING SMLT TO THE PASSPORT ON REDUNDANT STACK UPLINKS.
