    TTY Interface Option 11

Found pin configuration and wired connection, port 0 would not function. Moved to port 2 and enabled TTY and now working. Inspection of card shows a burned point on the card, but since I only need one port I will let it ride until I have to do something else. Thanks for all the help, guys!!

    TTY Interface Option 11

Yes, a SDI/DCH card. I understand that only ports 0 and 2 can be used, and there is a DB25 connector on the cable, but I don't know the pin configuration. If I knew this and the TTY port that would be assigned to those two ports on the card, I could complete the setup on the phone system end...

    TTY Interface Option 11

Existing ports are used for a local system interface, and others used for an OTM admin terminal. Was trying to avoid an A/B switch from the OTM setup to a remote network setup, as I would have to get someone to flip the switch or drive two hours and do the M/A/C things locally...

    TTY Interface Option 11

I wish I could re-configure the Ethernet, that would be the easiest solution. Our company has a national contract with a monitoring service to ensure PBX doesn't crash, so they are in and out of the system all the time. I have installed the interface card which would enable ports 0 and 2 on...

    TTY Interface Option 11

We recently changed an Option 11 system and removed the expansion cabinet where I had a TTY port set up to communicate with a Lantronix MSS-100 serial data server so that I could remotely access my phone switch. We added a four port Nortel card to the system, but I am having trouble configuring...

    Epson LQ 570 installation

I tried using a different PC running WinXP and the same driver and same results. I finally figured out a way around this issue; I use the Epson LQ570+ driver and server settings using the form size (the machine saved ALL my previous form sizes) and set the printer defaults and preferences to...

    Epson LQ 570 installation

Attempted to use Windows XP mode via virtual machine, same results as Windows 7 method. It will save the form via server properties but does not add that saved form to the printer selection forms list for advanced or printing defaults.

    Epson LQ 570 installation

I have the drivers and installed an Epson LQ570e printer in Win7 X64 but when I create a new form size in Server Properties and Save the form, the form is NOT shown in the forms listing for the printing defaults for the installed printer. I can see the form named after I save it under the...

Option 61: Create type 500 extension to dial out without '9' first

Yes sir, it is a modem. I will try the pre-translation route; is it the one listed on ghtrout's previous posting? The shorter versions don't seem to work on this option 61 system.

Option 61: Create type 500 extension to dial out without '9' first

I am trying to set up an option 61 switch to allow a single extension access to an outside line immediately, a lighting contractor claims his software has issues with dial timouts when run through a PBX. Is there an easy way to set this up for a single extension, all others are dialing 9 to get...
