I found out that in RedHat 9 he pine rpm isn't installed as a default rpm. I did a up2date pine and it downloaded it and installed pine. Thanks for all of your help. Stuart

Some more info about this. When I ping the IP address of the virtual domain I get Destination Host Unreachable and if I ping the ULR my DNS will find the IP address for the domain and then I get Destination Host Unreachable I hopethis helps. Stuart
