    Transfer Key 2008/2616

GHTROUT...I wish that were the case. Transfer is on the correct key and this is happening on more than one set. The end users do know how to transfer correctly because it has worked previously. Is it possible that a re-boot of the switch might help???

    Transfer Key 2008/2616

Hello. I don't know what I would do without this site! Question..Is there anything in CLS that would deny/allow the transfer key from working? I have several 2000 series phones that will not transfer from one 4 digit extension to another 4 digit extension. According to the users they have...

    Option 11C phones drop

This happened again but phones were only out for 5 minutes. Replaced the UPS even tho it showed no indication of low battery or overload and plugged the UPS into a different wall outlet. Waiting to see if this helps.

    Option 11C phones drop

The complaint from one of our sites is that all the phones will stop working, sometimes for as long as 30 minutes and then come back. The power supply appears to be ok and the UPS the switch is plugged into is good. It seems like a power issue but is there something else I should check.

    Manual backup no working

All of a sudden I am getting an error when trying to do a manual backup after making several MACs. LD 43 gives me edd007 which means "storage device write error" action: attempt dump again. Still get same error. Has anyone seen this and would a reboot or ini help?

How to find out if the Extension is plugged in or not

ghtrout..can you please explain why someone would want to disable LD 32 as a midnight routine and does this really cause more problems than it should. thanks.

    password

OK. Thanks ghtrout. I'll talk to my co-worker and maybe we can figure it out. Is this something you can do with PDT?

    password

Not sure how to do that, so we'll probably just live with it...unless there's an NTP for how to extract.
  20. telcowoman

    password

Yes..but I never get a prompt. We have over 37 systems and have sucessfully changed the Level 1 password on all of them except 1. We're going for consistancy and also too many people knew the level 1 and we've had issues.
