I know of two BCM's that were installed only to be later replaced with MICS's. I was told that there were to many problems, to many bugs. My wholesaler won't even deal with them. Dose anyone have experience, I see that there are not many tek-tips threads concerning BCM's.

I'am bidding a job Norstar MICS w/NAM but the customer wants to record most calls and burn to CD or archive. I'am not sure if call pilot 150 is what I need. Any suggestions? My wholesaler is not impressed with callpilot.

I have seen XP take over Networks. We advise our customers NOT to buy or use XP Machines. Maybe in 5 years.
