The MS article above states it has to do with basically the cluster size being different when I ghosted. That much I knew. What I need is a way of fixing this (I have MANY PC's I do not want to reload and MANY more that need transfered). I am looking for a solution to the cluster sizing issue...

You are correct in your explanation. I think it is though a little in-depth for most users who may never need to know that. But hey i like the article and learned something I did not know myself. :-) I am learning, so be patient.

I have a P4 at work and an T-bird 1.2 at home. It seams to me that even though my work PC the processor i sfaster and has more RAM the T-Bird outperforms it.

Win95 had no support for AGP for users. The above statement is true as far as I know. You will have to go with Windows 98 or Windows 2000 Pro. Good Luck!
