I had a similar problem, I don't recall the details of the STOP but it was definitely an Unmountable_Boot_Volume situation.
The problem was not related to the disk itself, it was the RAM memory. After replacing the RAM, it worked fine.
I had this problem for a long time and couldn't find the solution for, but finally I got it. It refers to a problem when trying to connect to a AS/400 V4R5M0 through Client Access Express V5R1M0 ODBC. A error msg is returned with code SQL0904, and frankly I couldn't understand the message...
I'm having the same problem. Apparently it has been fixed by SP3, but I've apllied SP3 and there was no change. I'll be looking into this problem, and if I get a break I'll get back to you. Hope you do the same...
I devised the following plan for upgrade both Notes and OS in a Server with OS NT 4.0:
1. Upgrade from 4.6.3 to 5.10 in the Server

3. Upgrade from NT 4.0 to 2000 Server

In order to do that you'll need some programming in the AS400 end in order to update the data queue, and you'll...

Thanks.
