Is there a way either through the GUI or command prompt that you can set one mailbox to not have it's password expire. If so how do I do it. I'm new to CallPilot trained on MerMail.
There is a route designated on my system for paging, (81) someone has accessed it but not disconnected. How can I reset(forced diconect) or find out who is connected to fix this. Thanx in advance.
Just one more question.
KEY 00 ACD 8005 0 5156
In the above example where do you get/confirm/find the code 5156 and what does it reference to.
Again I would like to thank everyone for their time and assistance.
I have or at least thought I had all the documentation/applications that came with or switch. Is the application Builder for CallPilot an extra? or is it that I don't know what CD it is on? All help will be greatly appreciated.
See my other thread http://www.tek-tips.com/viewthread.cfm?SQID=880883&SPID=798&page=1 for background. I have a CallPilot menu that runs during night time (handset is pulled from attendand console). It presents you with 2 options, 2nd option is accessed by pressing #2 to be forwarded to the...
Talking with mgmt they stated when you get in night service Call Pilot's menu is prees #2 to ring the warehouse, this should access the 4999 DN! It doesen't, how/where can I check this to fix it.
After some cct tracing I have found it comes out of the switch via an analogue line card on 4999. If you dial this number it works therfore what I need to find out is how is CallPilot processing this call to forward it to the 4999 DN. Help Please I am an old Mer-mail man have not worked with...
New to a company. At night they have the attendant console forwarded (they unplug the handset). Where do I find out where the console calls are going DN/TN? I need to physically trace this as it is supposed to go to a PA system.
Checked each of the 6 channels it appears that they are working properly. I will have users monitor to find if it is a specific channel that is the problem. Thank you for your assistance.
Users log onto CallPilot (7000) after audio prompts, user attempts to input Mailbox number (DN). It is at this point it sounds like the first keypad number pressed (DTMF tone) stays on constantly. User has to disconnect and try again. This is not happening every time but is quite sporatic...
This is a real dumb one. As I have stated befor it has been a long time since I have done any admin of an Opt11. What are the codes called that you have to enter to dial a long distance number? Where are they (Load)? Thanks in advance for your help.
When an external call goes to CallPilot the caller listens to the announcement. If they press 0 they are supposed to be connected to the Attendant Console. This system sends them to a DN 4421. Where can I change this.
I need to block outgoing and incoming calls to a DN. Can i accomplish this with NCOS or do I need to set this up somewhere else. I dropped NCOS to 0 and I could not call out but I could still receive a call.
