Users log onto CallPilot (7000) after audio prompts, user attempts to input Mailbox number (DN). It is at this point it sounds like the first keypad number pressed (DTMF tone) stays on constantly. User has to disconnect and try again. This is not happening every time but is quite sporatic. Any suggestions??

What do you mean by test your channels??

Log onto call pilot via web or straight onto the server.
If web then:

Click On Maintenance:
Click On Channel Monitor:

This will bring up a page with a rectangular view of your voiceports and there configuration.
Normal, IVR, Access.

Below the Channel Status you will see a Legend. Firstly I would suggest to check that all of your channels are in service and there are no alarms.

Then place a call to voicemail. This will allow you to see "Depending on call volume" which channel you are attempting to use and then ;move forward from there.

If you are using the server navigate through the start menu to Call Pilot, Sys Utilities, System Monitor.

This is basically the same as the web page.

Hope this helps in some way.

Thanks

Jay

Checked each of the 6 channels it appears that they are working properly. I will have users monitor to find if it is a specific channel that is the problem. Thank you for your assistance.
